Food and wine play an important part in the Casa la Siesta experience. A unique feature is the hotel’s kitchen garden, an oasis of the freshest produce that features on the inspired menu. Other produce reflects the best of Andalucia and is sourced from quality local suppliers. Guests have exclusive use of the restaurant - fireside on cooler nights and open to the stars in the central courtyard in summer.

Amelia's kitchen restaurant offers a daily set lunch service and a fixed 3 course dinner 5 nights per week. On those nights where dinner is not served at the casa, we provide a free transport service to a fabulous local restaurant - Restaurant Patria.

The bijou bodega is interestingly stocked with many wines from Spain’s small independent producders; guests are welcome and are free to sample wines to choose with dinner.
